Just attended an event this evening and had to give a review. Every detail of the venue was incredible. The property, and views of the Great Smokies were breathtaking. The staff were super helpful. Brendan the owner was onsite and attentive to be sure everything was going as planned. This new venue is one of the best we have been to. Five stars, 10 out of 10. Outstanding

The service our business received at Ayoka Ranch in September 2026, during a hosted event, was simply excellent. The owners, Brendan and Alyssa, were very communicative throughout the entire process. They were quick to answer questions and assist with specific setup requests for the space. Brendan was on-site and available throughout the day’s events, accompanied by an assistant. Both were equally friendly and helpful with all requests from our staff and guests alike. The surrounding mountain views are stunning, and the venue is easy to find with GPS navigation. Parking on asphalt is limited but available. Parking is primarily in a grassy area surrounding the main building, with an asphalt loading area for dropping off items or picking up items. There are multiple designated handicap parking spaces available on the asphalt, however. This venue worked well for our large business function, even though it has primarily hosted weddings and similar events to date. Our group size was close to 85 guests, and the space accommodated everyone very well. With various areas available, from nice side lounges to an intimate sitting area near a large stone fireplace, this seems to be an up-and-coming event venue. From friendly owners who manage it to multiple private on-site restrooms and a large bar with coolers, Ayoka Ranch could truly host a wide range of events!

Ayoka Ranch is exceptional. The owner, Brendan has created a beautiful venue for people in the community to use. It's clean, has amazing hilltop views, 1-bed 1-bath living quarters on-property, a bar/food area, and more. He was super nice and accommodating for my friends' wedding. He even rearranged some items on the property at my friend's request in order to fit their big day. There's even a Bluetooth sounds system arranged throughout the building. It was a 15/10 experience. They're also adding more to the property down the line so that's exciting.

I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about this place. I had the opportunity to be a groomsman for a wedding reception here, and the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. The atmosphere was amazing, and the venue was extremely clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was the groomsmen’s room. Having our own space with a pool table was such a cool touch. It gave us a place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the day together, and honestly made an already special day feel even more special. The owner was also one of the highlights. He was incredibly relaxed, chill, and easygoing, which made everything feel comfortable and stress-free. You could tell he genuinely wanted everyone to have a great experience. As someone who was there for the wedding, I can honestly say this venue helped make the day memorable. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a wedding or special event, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

We truly could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Ayoka Ranch! From the very beginning, Brendan and Alyssa made the entire experience feel effortless, exciting, and so personal. They were incredibly kind, responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they made us feel supported every step of the way and were always easy and enjoyable to work with. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Every part of Ayoka Ranch is thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special day. It truly had everything we could have possibly wanted, needed, and more. From the stunning scenery and gorgeous ceremony space to the reception setup and overall flow of the property, every detail came together perfectly. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything went! One of the things we appreciated most was how versatile and accommodating the venue was for our entire vendor team. Everything ran seamlessly, which made the day feel so relaxed and enjoyable for us, our families, and our guests. I can honestly say that because of Ayoka Ranch and the amazing team behind it, I had my absolute dream wedding with my dream vendor team. If you are looking for a venue that is not only gorgeous but also owned by people who truly care about your experience, Ayoka Ranch is it. Brendan and Alyssa went above and beyond in every possible way, and we are forever grateful for the memories we were able to make there. We would choose this venue over and over again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend to any couples looking for the perfect wedding venue!

Ayoka Ranch was the perfect venue for our daughter’s dream wedding! Everything about this place is spectacular from the large bridal and groom suites to the backdrop of the arch and cross overlooking the mountains. Every tiny detail was perfect. The owners were fabulous to work with and worked hard to make sure everything was just the way we wanted. We highly recommend them for any event big or small.

The dream wedding that I’ve always wanted came true at, Ayoka Ranch. There aren’t adequate enough words to describe this venues beauty. From the elegant bridal suite, to the cozy fireplace, to the well thought out grooms lounge, and the stunning bar; you will be amazed at how no detail was forgotten. The mountainous views are breathtaking and the ceremony site is a like glimpse of Heaven. Brendan & Alyssa have quickly become my favorite people. Accommodating is the least I could say about these two. It is evident from the moment you first tour the venue, to your booking, to your rehearsal, to your big day… they genuinely care and will make sure your dream wedding comes true too. I can’t thank these owners enough or their preferred vendors who ensured my day was perfect. I am blessed to have found them & I hope this review finds you! - 🤍, one happy bride!

Ayoka Ranch is a Smoky mountain wedding venue on the quiet side of the smokies. It is great for the couple who wants to bring the whole family for a destination wedding. Mountains views right out the front doors greet your guests as they arrive to the outdoor ceremony site. cabins for onsite lodging are being built. The access road in is wide enough for two vehicles to pass comfortably. The venue is on one level, very handicap accessible.

One of my absolute favorite venues to work at! From a DJ and wedding vendor perspective, it seriously checks every box you could want. It was such an honor to DJ at such a beautiful location. If you’re planning a wedding or event, this is a place you won’t regret choosing. I’m telling you, it really has everything!! Thanks again for having us, Rbcontent Productions LLC ☺️

My brother and his wife had the honor of being the first wedding at Ayoka Ranch. The owners are AMAZING. The venue is BEAUTIFUL. The bridal suite and grooms suite are both immaculate. I have absolutely no complaints about anything. We forgot our playpen for our son, and the owner went out of his way to go buy one because they hadn’t thought of the venue needing one. We appreciated that so much. Thank you again. Even the cleaning ladies were helping set up and sorting out some last minute decorations. Everyone (and I do mean EVERYONE) here went above and beyond. Hands down best experience of a wedding venue I’ve ever had. 10/10. Thank you guys for being so amazing! I hope the following weddings are just as wonderful as theirs!
